How CoolSculpting Works
CoolSculpting uses a process called cryolipolysis. An applicator is placed on the treatment area and delivers controlled cooling to the underlying fat cells. Fat cells are more sensitive to cold than surrounding tissues, so the cooling targets and crystallizes fat cells without damaging the skin or other structures.
